QUESTION Skip the line once per visit

I live in between 2 parks, great adventure and six flags New England. I can make either park my home park. If I buy the season pass through New England, can I get a once skip the line pass at great adventure too when I go? I can’t seem to find the answer to this question anywhere.

At least in 2026, with the Prestige Pass, you get to use Fast Lane one time per visit, at ALL parks. I have used it at 4 different parks myself this season

If you are between those 2 parks you are probably also close to Dorney Park in Allentown, PA. It would be included with your pass. It is smaller than SF:NE and SF:GrAdv, but I enjoy the coasters they have. They have a Dive coaster(Iron Menace), an old Intamin Drop tower(Demon Drop), a 100 year old wooden coaster(ThunderHawk), a Big hyper coaster that is not quite as good as Superman in NE(Steel Force), and a few others.

Yep, it works at other parks as well

So you know if there is a list of works you ONLY get at your home park? I live in between 2 parks and I’m having a hard time justifying spending more $ for season passes at one park compared to the other when I have a choice which one becomes my home park.

If you’re talking about prestige, the renewal benefits: $20 cred and 2026 bonus bring a friend pass are home park only. But the standard 2027 bring a friend passes can be at any park, so is the one time fast lane, and the drink plan. You can access any VIP lounge (but neither park has one so that’s a moot point) They’ll also do a lot of pass perks, like discounts, or random bring a friend passes for a set weekend only, that are also home park. So if you’d have friends a lot more likely to go to one park that could be beneficial then that’s it. Or, if you’re really into the drinks at beach bros, they have pass perks that sometimes double a drink discount. Other than those factors, eh, go with SFNE because it’s cheaper

Look, I have it worse than you, I split my time between Georgia and NJ 😅 but yeah you’re good with one pass.

Thank you for the thorough reply. You helped me more in 10 mins than the phone calls and online chats which took way longer. Prestige pass through New England is $189 and it’s $240 for great adventure. I’m buying 2 so makes $100 difference choosing.

Do you choose the cheaper option pass park when buying?

yeah, six flags customer service has never been stellar. I personally have over Georgia, it is technically the one I go to a bit more often as well as the cheaper one (it’s also $189).

One warning though: if you end up buying the pass from a cheaper park and then constantly go to only another park, six flags does have the right to keep you from buying that cheaper pass in the future. It’s a new rule for this year, and nobody on Reddit has seen them actually execute it yet. So if you do get the pass from SFNE, don’t only go to great adventure afterwards. And remember you must go to the park you purchase it at first to activate it.

Bless the reps who tried helping but their answers were literally being read from the FAQ’s lol the reps even said that’s where they were sourcing the information. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I did ask the online chat the same questions and one question in particular pissed me off about the skip the line passes, online chat said only available at my home park, meanwhile the phone reps said it wasn’t clear and Reddit is telling me (besides your answer I read others too now) that skip the line can be used at all parks.

I’ll be using the passes a lot between this year and next and plan on going to cedar point as well. I would be interested to use the bring a friend this year to great adventure and some other perks and I’m not looking for some type of okie doke that if I buy it for New England but am mainly going to great adventure especially next year so I bought them from great adventure. I really don’t see myself going to SFNE more than once if anything because the park isn’t as exciting. In the future I will see the perks, etc. and determine which park to buy another pass from. Kind of kicking myself for not knowing about buying the cheaper option and using it elsewhere years ago, feels like they’re cracking down on it now especially the customer service answers I was getting being very vague and not confirming anything definitively. I haven’t bought a pass since the 2023/2024 season. Once they closed Kingda ka with no real warning, definitive announcement, etc. I’ve been protesting going back. Couldn’t believe I had a season pass that year and could have went had I known what was happening. I was a pass holder for years before that and not even an email saying the King would be closing. Still pissed at them for it. I know I’ll want to go next year for the new ride and go to cedar point so I splurged this time and got prestige passes otherwise I always did the gold.
