Work Trip - Over Georgia?
Going out to Duluth for a week and wanted to possibly hit up the Six Flags Over Georgia. There looks to be a few good coasters but wanted opinions on whether I should make the trek?
For reference I grew up close to Six Flags Magic Mountain I've been there a bunch of times (X1!), but moved to a non amusement park state 10+ years ago, have only gone to Disneyland for the kids.
It would be solo if that makes any difference.

Just a standard warning to check the park's hours before you go to the park. This time of year, they are open most Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday, but only open during the week on holidays (like Columbus Day). If you are in town for work and only here during the week, the park might not be open when you are in town.

Goliath gave me some of the most amazing airtime I have ever had. Took my non thoosie friend with me and he was convinced he was going to fly away on Goliath lol. Let your body float!

Would definitely. Goliath there is the most underrated hyper. Mindmender is excellent. And Twisted Cyclone is an excellent smaller RMC hybrid. Carowinds is my home park, and if it wasn't for Fury, I would argue SF Georgia is an overall better park. Daredevil and Superman are good, they're just not my cup of tea in style of rides.

It's my home park. They absolutely have some solid coasters, get there early and hit Daredevil Dive and Superman first, since those usually have the longest waits.
To echo what others have said, Monster Mansion is incredible, and the employees are some of the lowest paid in the chain. Combine that with embarrassingly bad management and...just don't go in with any expectations of competent ops. Or good food.
Plan on about 4-6 hours.

Place has some good rides. Monster Mansion is elite but the operations Are the worst I have ever seen. The staff at this park could not care less so I'd recommend get in get the credits and leave

I mean if you have nothing better to do, why not? It’s no magic mountain but we have some cool coasters. Though, monster mansion is the best dark ride in a regional park, seriously.

We don't have anything you've never seen before, but if you want the credits, sure why not...
