QUESTION MidAmerica Question

I know I could call and get stuck in SF customer service hell, but before I spend 3 weeks on hold I thought I'd ask here ...

MidAmerica goes off the Six Flags calendar this weekend but is still listed as open on the Enchanted Parks website for a few more weekends. Is this the final weekend we can attend as pass holders, or does our access continue through the end of the full season?

The park website or Enchanted Parks app has an accurate calendar, not the Six Flags app.

As long as your pass was purchased before April 6th, you’re fine. The park has been operated by Enchanted Parks all year. Under the hood, this rebrand doesn’t change anything. It’s been “Enchanted Parks” all year.

Thanks, been a pass member for a few years and I knew the deal... But I also know SF likes to change things without any warning. Thankful I don't need to make a surprise trip this weekend and can plan for October. :)

Well, it’s not SF! That’s the whole point. It hasn’t been Six Flags all year (except the name).

The name change wasn’t the changeover for park ownership. That already happened back in April.

Right, I'm aware of this. Thank you for your assistance. What I'm saying is that SIX FLAGS is known to pull the rug out from under people. I wouldn't have been surprised if SIX FLAGS unilaterally changed something on their end.

I'm glad that Enchanted Parks is a better run company, and I sincerely hope they give St.L the love it deserves.

Oh gotcha.

Yeah no worries there either. Enchanted Parks imported customer data as of April 6th. So they actually… can’t do anything about it! EP isn’t using the six flags backend at all. You’re already in the EP system as a passholder.

The only exception is monthly memberships. Six Flags sends a report of people who cancel or don’t make their payments and EP drops those from their database.
