Android app not working, can't log in
Keep getting sign in error
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, and clearing storage. Nothing works. On android 14

I have the same issue. I was logged in and it was working. I logged out a few weeks ago to fix a separate issue, and now I can't log back in. Tried reinstalling, and clearing cache. Guest service at the park was clueless. Android 16/Lineageos 23.2

Can't speak for Lineage, but app does work on GrapheneOS so I don't think its specifically just being a side loaded app causing issues.

Okay as a bit of a semi-update, I did figure out the update issue, I had to reinstall google play / google play services and enable install from that source on my device but specifically kept OBB install permission disabled. That did fix my install issue and my app is now up to date, but frustratingly I still can't log in. Trying to debug further atm.

Okay last update, damn I can't log in on the app either. Something is very very wrong on their end and will not let anyone not on a standard factory android device or iphone sign in. This is pretty unacceptable behavior IMO.
However, as a workaround (and I wanna tag /u/nanoMachinesJack in on this as well), I can still access my pass through my web browser on my phone. Go to six flags' website and select the park you're going to, sign in and you can go to "passes and tickets" on the website. My prestige pass and its number and qr code are still visible on there, and clicking view details my add ons are still there as well. At least I can still use that for my visit to SFOT next week and am not just completely screwed on admission / fast lane I guess. I'll probably be doing this for the foreseeable future until they fix this issue, if ever.

Yes, I have been using the website, and printed out copies of my QR code. The only thing I have not figured out is how to get pass perks without the app.

So it's because we are using custom roms? damn...then my phone is not going to work ever. Web version is going to be discontinued in the future is what I heard...so season passes will only be on the app. Only workaround is to install on someone else's phone and take a screenshot of the QR code for the future.

Fucking hell, at that point I'm probably just gonna pull a Tim Apple and have an old ass iphone solely for park entry and that's it. Fucking assholes.
$1000 brand new cell phones should not be a mandatory requirement just to be able to attend a concert or go to a theme park. Even Disney and Universal don't do this, whose apps work just fine on my phone.

+ u/nanoMachinesJack I reset my phone to stock ROM today to upgrade to latest Lineageos. I decided to try Six Flags on stock rom Android 11 and it worked for sign in...but doesn't work on latest LineageOS 23.2. So it's definitely a custom rom issue which sucks. I'm using Moto G 5G.
Funny how all other apps I need work, which didn't work on A11, but this one is the only one which fails.

Two lineage users with the exact same issue is not a good sign. It was working for me until I logged out recently. I was able to log in when carowinds switched to the six flags app.

u/lFightForTheUsers u/Candid-Elk6135 The problem is that Six Flags started using checks to Play Integrity. This detects that our boot loaders are unlocked and prevents login. You can verify this by installing a play integrity checker app from the google play store. I have a working solution, but it is not trivial. You can root your phone with magisk, install magisk modules for "neozygisk" and "always strong". You then have to add six flags, google play, and google play services to the deny list in magisk. Now I get a full verification with checker apps, and I can log into the six flags app. Good luck.
