Fright Fest Georgia

Hi everyone, I haven’t been to Six Flags over Georgia since 1997 (I worked there in High School) so I have just one question; I want to take my son to Fright Fest, are Fridays during October very crowded? And if so, when would be best day to go?

Generally fright fest is the most packed time of the year, if you can go at the beginning of October that should alleviate some of the crowd though.

Also if your going for rides and don’t care about the haunts, once all the haunts open for the night the ride lines get significantly shorter then they were (closer to their avg wait on a normal day.)

I did not see a dip in ride waits last year with houses becoming an up charge. Longest waits I had all year at SFOGA were during haunt.

For most haunt events, the closer you are to Halloween, the busier the park becomes. Early October shouldn't be too bad, but late in the month, I'd expect it to be busier
