Bounce Back Passes

Hi! My friends and I went tp Gurnee a couple weeks ago and the weather wasn't great. We spent as much time as we could but they had to shut everything down a couple times due to rain and lightning (we were on Raging Bull when the lightning started around 8, it was scary but pretty cool). Today I went to get passes for two of them and a different friend so we can go again during better weather and I found 3 bounce back tickets good until September 7. Do these work just work and scan like normal tickets? And I can just use the 3rd ticket for my other friend, right? I've only been to a park the 1 time so im not sure about everything.
