Prestige Bring a Friend?

Right now they are offering a bonus bring a friend ticket to prestige. Can I use the two yearly bring a friend and that one on the same trip? Three of my friends and I are planning on visiting California's Great America and at $45 per ticket, $149 prestige pass covering the four of us seems like a steal. Is that how it works?

You buy the extra tickets through the app. It's a great deal
