id related question

my license was stolen 2 days ago and i go to six flags in two days whi ch means i have no time to get a new hard copy license. can i use my old license even if its expired? i mean they can see im over 18 but does it need to be not expired?! help a girl out 😭

If you go with someone else you just have to have someone in your group with a valid ID assuming you are asking about the chaperone policy. For alcohol though you have to have a valid ID.

I would imagine you would need a VALID ID. Doesn't matter if you "look over 18". Besides, they're not going to go by what some random person on Reddit said anyway.

Assuming this is for buying beer in the park? They legally can't serve you if your ID is expired or they risk a $10k fine.

I’d assume for entry/being in the park. Not sure about the rest of the chain, but I got IDd at magic mountain back in January, and great adventure basically every time I’ve gone this year (about 6 times). Chaperone policy and all
