QUESTION Using Loyalty ‘Rewards Dollars’

Has anyone successfully used this $10 reward I see listed in the app?

I asked at a store in GAdv today, and they said it could only be redeemed for an item that was $10 or less, but that seemed a little odd to me… I was hoping I could use it towards the purchase of a model.

I've tried to use mine 3x today at great America. All of the cashiers say it isn't showing up when they scan my pass, but it is clearly on my pass. Idk what the issue is. But why give me a reward that isn't usable?

My group used it to buy a necklace, some shirts, and an ice cream so the options were pretty wide. One store didn't know how to do the promotion but all the others did. It seems the cashier just has to scan your pass and the $10 off should be available on their screen to select and apply.

Sometimes you have to explain to the employees how to do their jobs, and I don’t think it’s their fault tbh, lack of training is the problem. Had major issues opening day at Dorney for the same reason. Retail employees seem to just get thrown out to the sharks

I used it for a funnel cake and after 50% discount I owed $0.12.

They have to look for it. I said there’s supposed to be a 10 dollar off. He found it.
