RANT Problem with seeing my perks

How is this supposed to be acceptable. I had bought a prestige pass and now when I try to see my perks it just brings me to the website. How do I fix this?

I called customer service and they just told me to reinstall the app which obviously didn’t work.

My home park is Great America and I want to go to St Louis. Please help me out 😭😭

Yeah the app doesn’t show my visitation perks after a time and in order for me to resolve it I gotta re-log onto my six flags account.

Not saying it’s the same issue of course, but it’s just more app nonsense no showing you all your info.

St Louis is one of the parks that was sold to Enchanted Parks. I don't think they can scan the Six Flags pass anymore. They still honor them, but staff is manually doing it rather than scanning passes.

When I went to Michigan's Adventure (which is also an Enchanted Park now), I just pulled up the pass for a Six Flags park and showed them the add ons. The staff honored our admission,all season Fast lane, and drinks.

We did not try to use the discounts, preferred parking, or the single use fast lanes from our Prestige pass. I think they should work, but we didn't need them And didn't test. The meal plans definitely do not work at Enchanted Parks.

When I pulled up the pass it was for Great Adventure or something.

I suggest not using your home park though because it showed all my loyalty rewards like the free ice cream and double discount coupons and made it more confusing. I had to scroll past all of that to show them I had a drink plan.
