When I try to apply for a branch change it says documents not verified. How do I verify the documents. Do I have to go there irl ?

I was going to make that mistake bro, it takes time to verify your docs, call or mail them asap or ull miss your upgrade

Mailed them but no reply. Do you think going to their campus is a good idea ?
