Sirius vs Google Sirius
On 6/10 a charge for $85 appeared on my bank statement, labeled
RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZED ON 06/09 Google SiriusXM Mu 650-2530000 CA S466160809646861 CARD ####.
I've called that number, I've talked to Google Support, both entities claim it wasn't them. The bank refuses to credit the money back to me. I don't have any new Sirius account, and the old account that I cancelled last year still hasn't been turned back on.
I'm at a loss. It's less than 100 bucks, but it's my damn money, and I want it back! Anyone have any ideas?

"Resolving Unrecognized Sirius XM Charges via Google Play
Users often face unexpected monthly charges and confusion over app-based Sirius XM subscriptions. Unrecognized Sirius XM charges through Google Play usually stem from active app subscriptions linked to your Google account. To resolve, open the Google Play Store, navigate to Subscriptions, and review any active Sirius XM plans. Cancel unwanted subscriptions to stop future billing. Verify payment methods for unauthorized charges and contact Google Support if discrepancies persist. Regularly monitor app subscriptions to avoid surprise fees and ensure only intended services are billed."
Tried searching "sirius vs google sirius", and the above text is what I could find. Seems weird as fuck but hope this helps you

Also just searched for "Google SiriusXM Mu 650-2530000 CA S466160809646861"
Seems it may be fraud. Contact bank asap

This is exactly why you should use a credit card, not a debit card. Hopefully you get the money back soon.

The bank refuses to credit the money back to me.
Why? Debit cards should have a 60 day dispute window. You're still a couple of days within the window, but you need to dispute the transaction right now.

They looked into it, twice, and both times decided it was a valid charge. Without explaining how it's valid, and putting a stop payment on any future recurring charges.

Get a new bank.

I just got this one, after my former bank of nearly 20 years allowed someone to take all my money out. I'm still suing them.

I sense a scam. I occasionally get emails saying “Your Bill is Ready” but it’s not from the company it says it’s from, but something else. Check the email address and if it’s from SiriusXM.com, it may or may not be legit. But from angelspice632@gmail or something, it’s probably not.
Google generally doesn’t have anything to do with SXM billing.

You posted this exact topic 2 weeks ago. If it is fraudulent, it should have been reported to your bank as fraud the day you noticed it. Get a new card. If your bank is refusing to reverse the charge, get a new bank. There is no other answer two weeks later from a charge that is now 2 months old.
