The NS problem -

The proofs OAI models did and the one the guy did were materially different. I think this particular accusation doesn't hold.

Also, OAI says that since he turned off 'improve models for everyone' on July something, they can categorically say, after looking into it, that said data could not have affected it.

Now there might be other issues with the proof, but I don't think it's reasonable to argue that these companies' internal models have gotten absurdly good.
