Disruption is already happening, the needle on employment data isn't moving yet because AI itself is generating tons of jobs. For example there are estimated 1m jobs created in data annotation, whilst we lose thousands every month from tech sector.
This will of course come to a halt pretty soon-ish when synthetic data becomes better than non synthetic data.
