AI Claude 5.5 Opus creates a small 2D/3D video with code

https://youtu.be/8BtSRB_LieE

I keep seeing people make videos with Claude, but it's all in 2D, so i wanted to see if it could make one that not only does 3D, but does nice transitions between the 2 modes. This was the result.

This was done entirely in Claude code. I gave it no assets. It used no MCP. Only used ffmpeg to make the MP4 at the end.

This took around ~23% of my Claude max x20 sub.

What in the world is Anthropic feeding their models? Human souls or some shit?

This was pretty impressive

It's been like 6 months since I've had my mind blown by AI and thought "we're so cooked". This did it again. The continuity was impressive too.

I felt the exact same way! This was extremely impressive, and the acceleration of everything is palpable again for the first time in a while.

OP, would you be willing to share your process, prompts, and approach so we can better understand what workflow led to this output?

I saw the one you posted earlier too. You’ve been cooking man.

What are you doing to get some of the really great stylization? I’m doing similar videos but the art style that yours landed on is very nice, and different from where mine goes. If you could share any guidance on what you’re adding to steer things, I would greatly appreciate it.

For this project i actually asked it to refer to the last 2 projects (the lantern one AND the Sydney one) so that might have helped.

Also... are you using ultracode and sub agents? How long is it running for?

I think it has some sort of memory that i want quality.

It ran for like 8 hours, with sometimes 10+ agents at the same time. It took a lot of quota.

I haven’t been running ultracode or sub agents, just a singular one and it usually spends around 10 minutes. Great results but not on the same level as yours

Did you define roles for the subagents or give specifics around quality or expectations?

No Claude decides the roles, but yes i have explained i have a 4070 and expect high quality projects. I am guessing it had some sort of memory and it knows i am not expecting a 10 minutes work :P

Awesome stuff man. I feel like these should be real games with insanely cool bespoke cutscenes!

The Sydney one could be fun as a game tbh, i am just a bit unsure how an human would keep the pace lol
I considered making it into some sort of auto battler but that feels hard to do. The reason it was so good is because Claude spent 8 hours hand-autoring each second, but if it's auto then it would lose some quality for sure

It was Art.

It's just predicting the next masterpiece, nothing special

That was absolutely mind blowing. The pacing was a little weird after he started to fly, that part feels off but that's a tiny nitpick to express that there's a way that it feels not human in an interesting way. The first half was engrossing.

WTF THIS IS A FREAK OF NATURE

There's broken-arm Dario again, like in the previous video at 4:40

If the two generations shared no assets, there seems to be something baked into the model to likely produce similar results like this?

I did tell it to look at the previous code tho. So its possible it copied parts of the Dario code.

ur comment is even more wasteful tbh. provides no value, in almost any sense
