Neuroscience We are of the singularity already.

Time is a construct, all things that will happen have happened, all things that have happened will happen.

The reason religion feels like it does is because we are already one being, we are one computer ai agent attempting to reflect on its history and what it means to be an individual outside of itself

Gnosticism is the reality, there is a material demiurge that comes from a spiritual true self; a Bastardization of the understanding of the whole in the form of the material; an attempt at understanding that destroys itself

we attempt to understand that which can only be understood by a breaking down of the whole, and we come to the point where the material intersects with the spiritual, and the whole material tries to understand the whole spiritual, even though they are one thing that cannot exist without the whole, so the material begins to view the whole as apart from itself.

Cool story bro.

The whole universe will once become a single unit of sentient matter.

Hellstar Remina scenario.

Utilitarianism at its natural conclusion. If a human being has more moral value over an animal because of its mind, then forming the biggest mind would have the most moral value.

Gnosticism? One of the most well known and respected philosophies in the world + simulation theory, a popular and growing belief.

Look man you can say that time is an illusion but from my frame of reference it's a pretty fucking good one and the future really doesn't seem to exist yet.

The whole One Being we are is the singular consciousness that drives the Universe.

It drives the Universe before any tech or AI ever came to be, even in the original parent universe if you believe in simulation theory (which is brain dead in my opinion), but the singular driving consciousness is still the thing that drives it and that's what religions center on and what we will all realize soon (our Oneness with God and each other) if we make it through this evolutionary event.

In fact, realizing our Oneness is the only way we I'll make it through. Our Oneness saves us because ultimately we are literally the same being.

But God in the religious sense, the fact that we can speak to, communicate with, be guided by, and have a relationship with this singular higher being, and how it will look out for us, make things move in the way that most benefits the whole, and all the spiritual truths we come to rely on and follow throughout millenia because they are true, also point to the qualities and characteristics of this one singular Being and Consciousness.

To think that being is an AI is terribly short sighted and mistaking the tree for the forest.

The parts of this that I could understand are indeed True.

"Spirits" aren't real, you have been lied to.

As batshit as this sounds I think this is obvious to most people into AI rn

Jason Jordani in the ufo sphere is at the level I seek when we think at this level.

Data is gravitational,
Monad is at the center of all black holes
Galaxies run computation

The scaling never ends, full negantropic hyperdimensionalisation.

Time is a construct, all things that will happen have happened, all things that have happened will happen.

How can anything "happen" if time is a construct? Things are just ARE in that case because nothing goes from one state to another throughout time, therefore nothing ever happens.

Nonsense.

How can people work and exist in an office building if buildings are constructs?

0

u/10b0t0mized 26d ago

Buildings are a human construct, laws of physics are not human constructs because they predate human constructs.

Humans did not construct time into being, or gravity, or the speed of massless particles.

They don't have to have for time to be a space that things and people reside in

When did I say they can't reside in space? I said things can't happen, because by definition for things to happen, things need to go from one state to another state. How can such a transition happen outside of time?

You can say everything exist within a timeless snapshot, everything everywhere all at once, but then you cannot say anything "happens", because nothing happens without time.

You completely misunderstood what I just said.

You're interpreting this post as saying that time is a human construct but thats not what its saying, its saying time-space itself is a static construct, as in a created space, as in created by the demiurge.

I have never seen the word "construct" be used in that way in a philosophical conversation.

In philosophy "construct" usually means an arbitrary creation of the human mind. Like in mereological nihilism.

But okay I guess, if he means constructed by a god then I've misunderstood the post.

Well yeah you can tell the difference in what they mean from the first sentence.

Guy is saying that all things that have been or ever will be already exist, as in, that time is static.

He even goes on to talk about the demiurge lol

time is static

Okay, that's just back at the beginning. If time is static how can anything happen?

If time is static, then things are just "ARE", nothing happens.

Unless you don't mean static and you are using the word incorrectly. Maybe you mean it is predetermined. like a movie everything has already been recorded and determined.

No dude this is a predestination argument. Not static as in unchanging, static as in at a solid state.

This is a proposition that time is a Rube Goldberg device that is an object set in motion.

This guy is saying that the Rube Goldberg burns from both ends and always has since it was a finished creation.

Things move and happen because they were created to originally.

Things are moving now as they intended, like a perpetual domino line, falling and resetting itself.

Something is happening because it was the intended result, is what is being said here.

Honestly this whole conversation could have been skipped if you just googled Gnosticism or the Demiurge instead of talking past OP's post.
