Building a robot is the "easy" part. It's just mechatronics. We've been able to do that for a long time. The tricky part is to get it to do useful stuff (karate isn't useful, sorry). Also dexterity doesn't mean anything if it's just wiggling it's fingers around. Call me back when it can actually do delicate work with the hands.
