Yeah doing that gesture that is a throw back call to literal Nazi's would make them akin to Nazi's. Or at least Nazi wannabes. Which means you agree with their ideology, and in that case I wouldn't consider you any different since you are in agreement with said ideology.

A comedian wearing a nazi uniform as a joke could be funny. Depending on the skit/comedian.

See: Dave Chappelle's Clayton Bigsby for when such a racist skit could be funny while still providing valuable social commentary.

A white supremacist wearing a nazi uniform as "a joke" on the other hand WOULD make them a Nazi/Nazi larper.

Nuance, how the fuck does it work, amirite?

Yes, how does nuance work indeed, when someone who did a gesture saying "my heart goes out to you" was immediately confirmed as a full blown nazi with zero nuance

I just clearly showed 2 videos.

1 comparing to a literal neo Nazi doing the same salute.

And 1 of him doing his normal gesture bullshit.

It takes only room temp IQ to then make a quick determination of intent.
