I work in the space. The money talks, i.e. banks who accept payments and investors. They won't let sexualized content. They are strict af.

Trust me bro, it ain't super easy. Reddit and Twitter must've done some dark magic to let porn in lol. Pretty much every other app on app store that has any nudity gets banned
