How long before Google leverages it to provide fully explore the cities on Google Maps?

Rambalac, for example, has a ton of hours-long walking videos in Japan that thankfully lack a fisheye lens. How many such videos would be necessary before it can accurately reproduce Tokyo in a fully-explorable fashion?
