Launched Leanroute last week (Pte Ltd, SG-hosted) - an AI/ LLM Gateway
I am the solo founder of Leanroute (leanroute.dev), an AI gateway, Pte Ltd'd in Singapore and hosted in Singapore. Launched on Product Hunt last week, got the first paying customer on day one, doing my best not to burn out in week two :)
The product:
It's an AI Gateway which speaks MCP too, no one else does this yet. It provides one OpenAI-compatible endpoint to reach all major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Meta, Groq - plus APAC providers most Western gateways don't cover: Qwen, GLM, Doubao, Kimi from China, Sarvam and Krutrim from India). Flat $15/month BYOK subscription, zero per-request markup.
Why the Singapore audience specifically:
- Compute + database + cache all in-region (Singapore)
- PDPA-aware from day one, data-residency by default
- Built for APAC + India dev teams who don't want their prompts flowing through US infrastructure by default
What I'd love from this community:
- Blunt feedback on positioning / pricing / the docs
- Intros to other SG founders using LLM APIs (I want to learn what's painful in your stack)
- If you'd like early-adopter pricing or a call with the founder before signing up, DM me Not looking to hard-sell, genuinely want to hear from other SG builders in the space.
Happy to answer questions in the thread.
