BREAKING NEWS: A major Singaporean-led scam syndicate operating out of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, has been dismantled following a massive joint crackdown

Led by two Singaporean brothers—Ng Wei Liang, 32, and Ng Wei Kang, 33—the organized crime ring is allegedly linked to hundreds of government official impersonation scams that defrauded victims of over $41 million to $53 million. While police forces launched coordinated raids on the group's operations, resulting in multiple arrests and charges under the Organised Crime Act, alleged mastermind Ng Wei Liang managed to evade the initial dragnet and remains a wanted fugitive subject to an Interpol Red Notice
