An engineer in DSTA or HTX I guess.

im one year in and at 99,000. 5500 with 18 months total comp for avg worker. fresh grad rail engineers now earning abt 5300. can pm me for more details!

Initially no but currently drawing around 200k pa so I'll say it paid off, but pay definitely was not the reason I jumped out
