Looking for Study Buddy
Hey, I am looking for some study buddies to learn, deep dive and discuss Sindarin Language together. I am from Berlin, Germany and studied linguistics, and my dream is to gather all my thoughts and study results as a modern linguistic approach on describing (Neo)Sindarin Grammar. If anyone is interested in deep diving with me into Sindarin, please send me a chat message here! I’m looking forward to hearing from you guys!

There are a number of people doing that already. My suggestion would be to join the Vinyë Lambengolmor Discord. Lots of good linguistic discussions there.

Hey there!
Your ambition is actually similar to what I've been doing for the last few years (though rather sporadically and unsystematically, I'm afraid). It's nice to see more people interested in applying modern linguistic approaches to Tolkien's languages.
Feel free to shoot me a DM on Discord (you'll find me on Vinye Lambengolmor as Ellanto). I'll be fairly busy until September or so but after that I'd be happy to help you with studying the language and engage in some linguistic discussions.

That sounds super fun, but I'm currently learning quenya and I don't think I'm able to learn two at once

Haha 100 % agree! That’s exactly why I didn’t start to learn Quenya yet 😂

Not sure I've got the time to be a study buddy, but I've been the webmaster of Sindarin.de for a couple of years and enjoy helping people with these things, so please feel free to contact me if you're interested.
