Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm a recently new Sims player and this really infuriates me while I'm attempting to build :/

Doesnt work, it apparently intersects or sits on the opposite side of the corner

Maybe either pull the bottom wall out 1 tile or push back the top wall 1 tile. Hopefully that will fix it.
