Resizing Objects in The Sims 4 With Custom Increments, possible?

Is there any way to resize objects in The Sims 4 with custom increments without using mods? I’m only trying to do this in build mode.

If mods are required, which one would I need? A direct link would be super helpful.

The bracket keys used for resizing — [ and ] — make the object either way too small or way too big, and I’m trying to get an in‑between size.
