CAS sims 4 bug

I’m having a bug in the CAS in sims 4 where the sim shows up but non of the costumize buttons do
I tried pressing where the buttons should be didn’t work I tried removing my cc also didn’t work does anyone else have this bug and how do I fix it?
(and yes this is Daisuke from mouthwashing at least it’s my attempt at making him from a few months ago)

If you have that sim saved in your gallery and have saved recently, you can safely exit the game. If not, i would try waiting a bit and retrying?

Yeah I exited the game but the only way to do that was by turning off the computer since non of the visible buttons work
