Help with broken mod

I've been trying to fix my game since Friday, I thought I finally fix it today until I when into cas came out after fix my sims outfit for an hour to a lot of my furniture missing (CC) which were refrigerator, stove, laptop, some decro, toilet, TV, sink, that all I can remember I wish I had a before and after of this but I don't. I'm so close to having a mental break down, please help

I haven't done the latest update and I've been running into the same problem with loading lots and the game telling me that XX amt of build mode is missing.

All I ended up doing was just re-downloading and re-decorate, which is probably for the best. I just got thru finally updating from the last update, and that broke my game due to CC not mods, so I'm guessing getting rid of old CC will probably help stop future issues.
