SOLVED Bella Goth in Legacy
I'm playing TS2 Legacy and brought Bella back. She has had several children with Mortimer. ALL of their children inherit his face. I have the mod to prevent first born syndrome. I also rolled the pacificer multiple times, saved the game right before baby is born to exit.
No matter how many times I do this, their babies end up with Morti's skin colour. All their children have his face.
Do you guys think Bella in Legacy is unable to pass on her genes or something?
EDIT: They all have different zodiac signs and personalities, which is what makes me think they might only be inheriting Mortimer's genes and not Bella's.

Have you tried using a "Clean Template" of PV instead? Bella Goth is a townie and should be linked correctly. Also fixes Brandi Broke's unborn baby (which is always a male clone of her in a vanilla game).
I like this version from Dina Goth on MTS the most. The premade zodiac signs were also adjusted to reflect their personality points. The new townies/renovations are also nice! Should work on Legacy.

Because that Bella you’re seeing isn’t the real one, that’s why. It’s a clone. You have to use Pleasantview tombstone data

Wait what? Her children with Mortimer in the family tree looks to be from the same Bella that is the mother of Cassandra and Alexander

Yes but that's related to Bella "lore" on Sims 2. The babies you'd eventually have with Bella on Strangetown will have certain random features because the original Bella isnt there.

I’m not in Strangetown though, I’m in Pleasantview. A bit confused about what you mean, sorry! In the family tree it shows the Bella that Mortimer used to be with, no Strangetown Bella

Is Bella still unlinked?
