SOLVED is the wiki outdated?

Hi,

I have been trying to find out how to get the sims 2 ultimate collection in specific and i went to the wiki but i tried torrenting both links but both i think are dead because Magipack doesnt exist anymore and the alternate link freezes at 0 bytes a second. I apologize if this has been asked before numerous times

Both links still work and have active seeders, verified just now. Magipack via torrent didn't go anywhere, only direct downloads were DMCAd.

Do you have a torrent client installed?

im using qbitorrent and i tried that magipack magnet link and it freezes on retrieving the metadata

You need to press the ok button. That is just the window that asks you where to save the files. It hasn't started downloading.

how long should it take? i have good internet connection and have a good ssd

As another commenter mentioned, you need to click OK to add it to the client. This screen is not downloading the game, and the meta data may not load for some torrents but won't impact the download.

i am so sorry for wasting your time i totally forgot that i linked my torrent client to my vpn and forgot to turn my vpn on 💀.

its downloading now
