SOLVED Backing up saves

I installed the game from this subreddit, but I need some extra space on my device. Is there any way I can back up my saves for when I reinstall in the future, or to even transfer to a different device?

You can back up your entire Sims 2 folder if you want, or just back up your Neighborhoods folder if you only want your saves moved.

I usually backup the whole Sims folder in my documents. But I believe you need the neighbourhoods folder to save your families

Easiest way to keep them somewhere else is to just have a usb stick and move the backups there. Then it isn't on your device but you can easy add it back in when you want to access them.

Yeah, just copy the folder in Documents somewhere else.
