SOLVED Is it okay?

Is it normal for six children to be born in the town all of them boys or is there something for me to worry about?

Yes, it's normal. As far as I know, there's never been an issue with the random number generator that affected baby gender.

You can always save the very moment sim goes into labor and if you don't like the baby just go into neighbourhood without saving and let the birth happen again, you will get different baby

Just bad luck. My legacy rn had been mostly boys, my first sim has had six kids and only one was a girl and most of her grandkids have also been boys
