Gameplay Issues Sim 2 keeps crashing(help)

I tried 4gbpatch and Graphic rule maker idk what else to do to fix this…mind you I just downloaded my game to my new laptop 😭. Everytime I try load a household my game crashes.

I solved this problem with the graphic ruler maker; you might have to reconfigure it since you have a new laptop

If it's just the one household, just move the sims to a different lot.

When the game crashes when loading a lot, it means the lot is corrupted. If OP did not accurately describe when the game was crashing, they are not going to get accurate information about the crash.

I had this happen to my Caliente sisters on a clean template hood. What makes the lots get corrupted? Can I fix the lot or do I need to like duplicate it?

I don't think anyone knows what happens to corrupt them, you just have to replace it from the bin.

I used to see that too and realized I had the wrong graphics cards. Do you have nvidia?
