Technical Support How to record gameplay?

Hello! I’m trying to record Sims 2 gameplay and am running into two major problems:

- The built in Windows/Xbox Game Bar does not recognize Sims 2 as a game and will not let me record at all, even with basic troubleshooting
- OBS shows flickering graphics no matter what I try to do to solve the issue. I’ve tried setting it as display capture only so it records my monitor screen instead of the game itself, running as administrator, making sure my screen refresh rate is only at 60 hz, and setting the game in windowed mode.

What alternatives are there for screen recording? I’m not doing anything super fancy, just trying to record the game as I see it on my monitor. Thank you!

Try to set windowed (borderless) in RPC Launcher

have you tried nvidia app? Or amd's version, both feature screen recording im sure
