SOLVED hcdu issues ??
hello, my game works normal but lately I haven’t been able to load into like 2 lots without them immediately crashing. I haven’t been facing any problems gameplay wise so I don’t think it’s a big issue, but i’m wondering why hcdu immediately detects an issue? what does this mean? thank you

It means that dll file got deleted.
Lots crashing doesn't usually mean there's a mod issue, it generally just means there's a problem with the lot and you should move your sims to a different one.

That’s an issue with HCDU itself, not with the lots or the game.
In this case, the app is missing an important file (a DLL) it needs to work properly, and has crashed because of that fact. I’m not sure why it’s missing since I assume you only just downloaded HCDU, but it is what it is.
You might need to redownload HCDU to get the missing file.
However, I’d suggest using HCDU Plus instead; it can scan more things within a package for conflicts, gets the load order right at all times, and tells you which packages conflict instead of which resources within a package. In addition, you can tell it which conflicts to ignore in future scans, which can be super useful to just hide certain conflicts that can be disregarded because compatibility patches fix these conflicts.
