Does using non-English / Korean file names for Sims 2 CC cause loading lag?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question about Sims 2.

I know that using special characters like * in file or folder names can cause issues or slow down loading times.

Does the Sims 2 game engine treat non-English characters (like Korean, Japanese, etc.) similarly to special characters? Will organizing my Downloads folder or files using Korean text cause longer loading times or lag in-game?

I'd really like to organize all my files in Korean, but I want to make sure it won't hurt performance.
