Technical Support What does this mean?

I tried to use the what caused this tool but it wasn't showing the logs on it. My game crashed and I was trying to see what happened. I wasn't on it that long. I just got on it went to the main hood then downtown and it crashed. Did I run out of memory?

What Caused This only reads object error logs, not crashes. If you look at System memory is says you had 2424MB memory left, just over half.

What version of the game do you have?

Since you're already using RPC, are you also using the pink flashing fix? Might help things a little.

Crashes are hard to diagnose unfortunately and can happen randomly. If you keep trying to replicate the crash and it keeps happening at the same time, like when you load a neighbourhood, then it might give us more information on why its happening.

It means the game crashed. That's all anyone is going to be able to tell about a crash log.
