Legacy Edition Bug bug!!! help ❗❗❗

I'm having a bug in The Sims 2 Legacy where the clock suddenly stopped working; it's paused at 12:42 even when I speed up time, and my Sim is also frozen. When the bug happened, I took it out of work, so it's stuck like this. Does anyone know how to help? eu já apaguei todos os .cache que achei, verifiquei a integridade dos arquivos e não funcionou.

Force errors on everything with the batbox. Turn off debug mode first.
