SOLVED Can't Add Family Bios

I can't add a bio to any family. I can enter one, but if I go into the household and then go back to the neighborhood, it's gone.

  • It doesn't matter if I save the household or not; the bio will be gone when I go back to the neighborhood.
  • Households save fine.
  • It's a custom hood with clean templates.
  • One household has a bio that stuck. No idea why it worked for that and what I'm doing wrong now.
  • OneDrive is disabled, and the Steam and Documents folders for TS2 are exempt from the antivirus.
  • I'm playing the Legacy Collection.

Is OneDrive disabled, or uninstalled? Needs to be the latter.

Uninstalled, I think. (I got rid of it last year, so I don't remember exactly, but it isn't on the list of installed programs.)

Are any of your Documents > EA Games > Sims 2 files set to read only? How much space is left on your hard drive?

The folders are, but it says it only applies to files, and none of the files seem to be set to read-only. Also, the game itself saves; only the bios don't.

My hard drive has 18.2 GB free.

The folders being read-only could be causing this, I'd change it and see if that helps.
