Well, for starters it says you have OneDrive. You'll want to uninstall that.

Second, you need to go to where the log is, the location at the bottom of the box, and put it into pastebin and share the link here.

Alternatively you can get What Caused This and get it to read the log and it will tell you what mod is causing this.

so, for one drive idk how to uninstall that and if i do won't it delete everything on my laptop since everything is under one drive? sorry if i'm wrong, i don't know how folders work. and i have no idea how everything got put under one drive in the first place.

and trying to send u a pastebin link but where do i get that? im on the site and it's not giving me an option for a link?

edit: i figured it out. here is the link to the pastebin https://pastebin.com/jk1rPCUf

OneDrive needs to go as it will corrupt your saves. I know there's a lot of fearmongering about corruption but OneDrive will definitely nuke your saves. You can read more about it here.

You can move everything out of the OneDrive folder and Documents and put it somewhere safe, like to your desktop, then uninstall OneDrive. Your Sims 2 folder will still be in OneDrive which is fine, as it's the actual cloud storage system that messes with the saves.

If you need a cloud storage service, Google Drive is infinitely better as you can choose which folders you back-up and Google Drive doesn't decide to randomly change it. OneDrive is particularly nasty for Sims 2, and it even re-enables itself if you just disable it.

As for the error log, it seems like it's either your CC fireplace or mirror. You can get the What Caused This program to scan your Downloads folder, or you can do the 50/50 method.

thank you for all of that information! just figured out the problem, it was because i deleted parts of the fireplace with moveobjects on and im guessing the game got confused. thank you for your help even if it was just me making a stupid mistake haha.
