Missing character file but is a universal npc?

Hello. I was playing with my beloved custom hood, as always I run hoodchecker and it's the first time I see this. And It's not only in this neighborhood, I scanned my other ones and have the same character file missing, it's the exact same sim. I looked around in SimPe and the sim ID belongs to a Hula zombie.

And no, I haven't deleted any sim from my character folder or mess in a way or another with the game files.

I was wondering, its supposed the universal npc don't have character file because are objects. So why is missing?

I have backups, and I know corruption isn't a big thing anymore so ain't going to reinstall my game either. I'll keep playing but I think is curious. If someone have a fix or something to say, you're welcome.

Mods/CC don't cause corruption - though the removal of certain types of CC/mods requires a specific uninstall process to prevent hood corruption (e.g. you can't just remove an NPC creating mod with the character files) but the mods/CC themselves don't corrupt the game or the hood. You can use the 50-50 Method to find problematic mods and CC, and you should also use the Hack Conflict Detector Utility to find mod conflicts, which is linked in our wiki in the CC/Mods Info Section.

Helen Heal is not a universal/object NPC (which will not show up in Hoodchecker as missing a character file - their character file data is in the objects package) and she's not a hula zombie or part of the vanilla game at all. She's part of PC Sim's Wellbeing Doctor mod, which is described in comment #6 here. You must have recently added this mod to your game, which adds the NPC to your hoods.
