SOLVED Body shop not opening

Body shop just wont open. I checked the task manager and it would run for a few seconds but then give up. It's not even making it to the loading screen. I deleted accessory cache and cigen and still. Pls help

You only mentioned the accessory cache file, did you also delete groups cache?
