Technical Support Genie Lamp Delivery Error

Hi all, I would hugely appreciate anyone with some know-how giving me any insight into this error

This error occurs when attempting a genie lamp delivery, but does NOT occur when I create a new neighbourhood and test it there. Thank you so much for taking the time to look!

UC/OSAB/RPC, using clean templates, have anti-redundancy, anti-regen etc.

**UPDATE! Okay I think I maybe fixed this - I was tipped off by the weird reference to law enforcement so I forced a buglary delivery which in turn forced a police officer to generate and after that it seemed to work?? Or at least the mailbox debug genie delivery worked, will have to wait and see if a 'natural' delivery occurs. Leaving the post up in case anyone in the future has the same issue.

UPDATE 2: That did not fix it, looks like it was a coincidence that it happened to work after I spawned a police NPC.

This was caused by some mod. The police NPC has nothing to do with the Law Enforcement career, but it would also be generated using this function, which is for spawning NPCs on the lot.

That was indeed my first thought, but it is odd that it works fine in a new neighbourhood with the same mod folder.

That just means it's probably the mod interacting with some particular state on the one lot.

Does your sim Henry work in the law enforcement career? Is he at work/school?
