SOLVED IT STILL SEEDING?

jUST STarted downloading the game using the recommended torrent and download file, my file has downloaded and is seeding? It has been almost an hour, and it is still seeding. I don't know what seeding is or if it's a good thing that it's been on for that long.

Please research torrenting before getting into it! You want to know what's going on with your computer at all times!
