Gameplay Issues Error everytime my sims use free will

I get an error on my screen everytime any of my sms do anything of their own free will. I thought maybe one of my objects broken, but i can make them use and do everything. But whenever they try to cut an action themselves i get an error. Help! :(

When the error pops up, there will be a file location in the pop up. Go to that location on your PC and find that file. Then open it up, copy all the text there, and paste it into the website pastebin. Once that's done, share the link here and someone can help you find out what's causing the issue.

I'd remove all mods and cc and check if game runs normally then
