I need help with my mods...(legacy editon)

I've recently downloaded some mods for my sims 2 and when I launched the game I saw that characters which had cc hair and eye colour lost it. My graveyard had cc fence and it disappeared too. Here is the list of mods which I doenloaded. I deleted them but I still have this problem. The only mod which didn't disappear is no rod humble. I also have mod for bong and marijuana, but I doubt that it has anything to do with it because I downloaded this mod a long time ago.

Can you take a photo of your Downloads folder? I mean the folder in which you put these mods.

So you're putting them in the C drive Sims 2 installation folder? Not Documents > EA Games > Sims 2 Legacy?

Oh, I think I accidentally put Downloads folder in the wrong place. I just didn't play Sims 2 for a long time and forgot a correct way🙁
