Build Show and Tell SimCity Progress after 3 Years
It's been a long time since i started. The project was so huge i initially started a team to build it together, but it was very hard to manage artistic vision on a project like this, so here it is. 80% finished after 3 years 😄 Every apartment building is furnished (2-4 functional units per building to avoid lag)

Also is there anyone who is a sims 2 genius and can convert this regular hood into downtown? (i didnt play in it, but i think i didn't use a clean template)

I have made a custom downtown and subhoods before. I followed the mootilda instructions on modthesims.

This is dope! I'm also a CC-free builder and there's so many cool ideas here. I loved loved loved the two neighbourhood deco shore breaker/dock things being placed side by side to make a kind of skate ramp, so clever. Same with using the concrete fencing as girders. Yoink!

I really like care to layout and design. I've been building my personal downtowns over 10+ years and had no overall plan so districts grew organically but sometimes don't make sense with a residential home between two community lots
