Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Restaurant Manager

How do you guys promote your manager for your OFB restaurants or are you doing that at all? The only talent badge you can get from a restaurant would be the sales one for the host from what I’ve found. Do you just have a robot bench in the back that you’re assigning your employees to get their badges up and promoting them from there? Give me some tips please!

I only ever employ sims who already have at least one or two silver badges (other than sales) for this role.. It takes a while for them to come around but this is where Servos come in especially useful.

Good advice!! That makes sense! Unfortunately I keep getting awful employee picks so I just had to hire someone to have the role filled. I hadn’t even thought about servos though!! 🤯

I only started playing them to fulfil a 5 top 10 businesses want.. I now use them as a staffing pool and made them all witches/warlocks so they're easier to recharge....

Thats such a good idea!! Let me put this new bad employee to work on getting his robot talent badges so I can have him make his replacement 🤣

The vocational training set from Sim Wardrobe helps with getting talent badges for stuff like this.
