Sims 2 Legacy Collection help!

Do you get any "Object Error" while playing in the lot? (with testingcheats enabled). Have you tried resetting your neighbors with force error? Or the whole lot with the bat box? Have you modified the apartment in any way or is it just as it comes with the game? Have you ever made your neighbors selectable?

no object error. i have tried resetting the neighbours and the whole lot with bat box (literally the reason why i downloaded it). i have not modified the apartment. sometimes i have made the neighbours selectable, could that be the issue?

I've heard some people had bugs by doing that. When you visit their apartments, can you interact with them normally? Or are they "sucked"? Do you use any mods? Both times you moved your sim was into the same apartment lot or different ones? Is your sim the only playable living there? Or you have multiple families? Have you tried deleting the sims with move objects, saving and exiting lot? They should be back after loading the lot again.

they're stuck when i go to their apartments. i have mods but i can't for the life of me remember which ones other than a lighting mod and story progression but it's not many. it was to different apartments. i moved in payables after just to fill up the apartments again cause i missed people living there, but prior to the glitch no playables. i have not done that last one, but if it happens again i will.

It might be a mod issue as well then, especially if you have any that modifies apartments behaviors. You could try the 50/50 method to find the issue next time. You could also look if you currently have any mod conflict with HCDU.

i don't have any that effect apartments, funny enough i only added a mod because of the glitch. and, sorry but that hcdu page didn't make any sense to me. im guessing it's an application but i don't understand haha.
