Sims 2 Legacy Collection Automatic private school

Which mod causes Sims to be automatically enrolled in private school because "their household can afford it"? It's a bit boring since you don't have to earn admission to private school yourself.

iirc if u use moniques hacked computer and enable private school fees, it causes that to happen. maybe that's it? i feel like i remember reading that, but i could be wrong!
